Vintage Tobacco Leaf Bowl

This beautiful vintage bowl is a decorative reproduction of the famous Chinese 18th-century "Tobacco Leaf" porcelain pattern. The tobacco leaf style originated in China during the Qing Dynasty around 1770-1785. Created for export to European and American markets, it features overlapping, serrated tropical leaves rendered in vibrant underglazes of blues, pinks, and greens, accented by bright flowers and gilded borders. This vintage bowl does the originals justice. The pattern appears on both the inside and outside of the bowl, with a gold-gilt rim throughout the design. Perfect for the Grandmillennial and Chinoiserie lover!
