Blue and White Four Layer Tulipiere

Reproduction porcelain 4 layer tulipiere with hand painted scenic and floral design. Tulipieres were invented in Holland in the 1600s during the height of the tulip trade and are designed to be self-arranging. To use, simply insert flowers in the openings and add water for longer lasting freshness.
