These brownies were deemed the best brownies by the judges on Top Chef Canada Season 8! Makes 12-16 rich, luxurious brownies, we know you'll make these again and again! You add the wet ingredients, we supply the rest.

Add: 

• 2 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter (283.75g or 1 ¼ cups) 
• 3 room temperature eggs 1 tsp of vanilla
