Made with plant-derived menthol, lavender oil, and Arnica Montana. This fast-acting, water-resistant topical pain relief patch is perfect for after a hard workout. Or maybe you just slept at a weird angle last night.

Carefully remove the backing film and apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Each patch can be worn up to 12 hours. Discard after use. This fabric patch features a water-resistant technology that withstands short showers and light workouts for up to 12 hour wear, so pain doesn’t stop your day. Like other adhesive products, removal can sometimes be difficult. Ease removal by taking off during a shower or bath, pulling off quickly, pulling off parallel to your body (as opposed to pulling up and away), and trimming hairy spots prior to use.

The patches are gluten free, dermatologically tested, paraben free, made without latex, cruelty free, and vegan.
