Berlingot Spreader

 Technical characteristics:

• This spreader knife is composed of a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment. 
• The X46Cr13 stainless steel used is a very high quality steel. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
• Equipped with a methacrylate handle, this cutlery is available several different colors. 
• This Laguiole knife is dishwasher safe.
• All handcrafted products are made in France. Each stage of manufacture, from the design of the model to its assembly, is carried out in the Claude Dozorme workshop.
